The following terms apply to all Shabakanet services:
- Shabakanet sells their services to customers without any kind of partnership or agency forms between them.
- It is forbidden for any website to contain any information or pictures intended to distort or harm any religion. It is also forbidden to express any other contents not based on human’s good natural behaviors, such as any born express contents. Moreover, it is forbidden to use slander or promote any violent or destructive behavior.
- It is forbidden to use e-mail systems or host any website that contains any terrorist information or activities.
- It is forbidden to use illegal materials that infringe the copyrights of others.
- Customer must pay fees required to activate or renew any given service. 20 days will be given to pay late fees otherwise service will be stopped.
- Shabakanet has all rights to change the prices of their services, as it needs. Therefore, customers should accept the new prices at the time of renewing, if they want to renew. Any change on the prices will be shown on main shabakanet.com website.
- If a customer decides to disconnect a hosting service which comes with a domain name, and a customer wants to keep that domain name, in this case customer has to pay 15$ for a domain name registry.
- Customers have all rights to stop their services with shabakanet, which will be done by sending a request form to the financial department by mail or an Email.
- Shabakanet does not assume liability for a customer who does not apply proper safety procedures in protecting their own important data such as password and other critical information.
- The hosting customers have all rights to control, manage and use their hosting space without breaking any condition from this agreement page.
- Shabakanet is responsible for creating, transferring and activating those websites created by Shabakanet itself.
- In the condition of programming services such as desktop applications or websites, Shabakanet will be responsible for correcting any programming bugs or mistakes resulted from the programming code that Shabakanet designed and created for a customer.
- Shabakanet has the right to stop or close any service or website which acts against any condition as shown on this agreement page. In this term, the owner of the violated service or website has no rights to ask for refund or any paid fees.
- Shabakanet wouldn't be against this agreement in case of outside uncontrolled situations to deliver their services.
